- Comprehensive course material including a diverse mix of books, flashcards, cheat sheets, exam simulators, and quizzes (note: these materials are directly mailed to you once you register and pay for the class).
- PMP® exam application support. Guidance in order to maintain PDUs.

- Professionals involved in managing projects for corporations, government agencies, and non-profits who want to earn their PMP® or CAPM® credential and increase their earning potential and marketability.
- Current PMP® credential holders who need to earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) in order to maintain their certification and adhere to PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program.
- Project managers who want to stay up-to-date on the latest global best practices and PMBOK® terminology.

We want to partner with you in your success. If you do your part by diligently following
our BOBCAT Exam Success program, you will successfully pass the PMP® Exam on
your 1st try. In the highly unlikely event that you do not pass the exam on your first
attempt, we will allow you to retake the class for free. If you do not pass the exam on
your second attempt then we will allow you to retake the class for free and assign a coach
to work with you 1-on- 1 to identify how best to improve your score. If, after three
attempts during the 12 months after class ends, you do not pass the exam we will refund
your full tuition.
This guarantee is valid if you attend the entire course, complete all of the assigned
homework by the due date, login to every scheduled conference call, and sit for the exam
within 30 days after your class ends.
8. What are the pre-requisites for sitting for the PMP® Exam?
In order to apply for the PMP® Exam, you have to meet at least one of the following
criteria:
- A 4-year degree and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education. or
- A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

We only provide top notch instructors because our students deserve nothing less than
best-in- class guidance. Therefore, each of our certified instructors have been vetted to
meet the following criteria:
- Possess dynamic, motivating speaking skills
- Passed the PMP® on their 1st attempt
- Led a minimum of 20 PMP® Exam Prep classes
- Trained a minimum of 200 PMP® Exam Prep students
- Spent a minimum of 1,000 hours conducting PMP® Exam Prep classes
- Thoroughly understand the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)
12. What are the course prerequisites?
You will need to purchase a copy of the 5 th edition of the PMBOK®. The rest of the
course materials are directly mailed to you once you register and pay for the class.
Additionally, we encourage you to read at least the first three chapters; however, it would
be even better if you read the entire PMPBOK® at least one time prior to the start of
class. This will greatly increase your comprehension and retention of the course work.
14. Does the course fee include the PMP® and CAPM® Exam fees?
No, you need to apply and pay for the exam directly through PMI's website at www.pmi.org
16. Is BOBCAT Academy a PMI® R.E.P.?
We are not a R.E.P. However, we use PMBOK® 6th Edition course materials.
Additionally, our instructors have trained a minimum of 200 PMP® Exam Prep students
and spent a minimum of 1,000 hours conducting PMP® Exam Prep classes.
Per the PMI® Handbook, the 35 hours of project management education can come from
non-R.E.P. training companies. Please reference the Education Categories section - Category D
on page 9 of the PMP Handbook (revised April 1, 2019) for additional information.
